This is the third review I’ve written in my life. But I felt compelled to write one because Cambridge was really just incredible. We hired them after the first contractors failed (they installed the wrong pavers, then they tried to convince us to keep it by telling us it would be too expensive to correct). So we then hired Cambridge to finish the job. It was night and day. Eddie was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was always punctual, respectful, calm, and very patient in explaining the process. He met us at the suppliers to ensure we got exactly the stone we wanted. Even after I paid him, he came back with an independent electrician on a Sunday afternoon (the only time I could meet him) to fix a problem that was my fault, as a courtesy! The topper though is that he came in much lower than any of the other estimates. The finished product is beautiful and the attention to the installation is top-notch. It was a tricky install with multiple elevation points and slopes that they had to hit for the drainage to work and to maintain the look we wanted. They completely nailed it. We’re proud to show off our patio. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for a less expensive, respectful, diligent, professional company that takes pride in their work. My only regret is that I didn’t hire them first.
